The Certification Campaign
The first batch of Legionella DNA SRM was certified in june 2009 during an interlaboratory study designed as described in ISO 35:2006.

Each laboratory analysed limit dilutions of the SRM by qPCR (using the same protocol). The certified value was obtained after statistical analysis of the results.
